With your permission, we may collect and process approximate or precise location data to show public safety information near you, provide saved-place alerts, deliver location-relevant notifications, and improve App functionality. By enabling location permissions, you consent to the collection and processing of location information as described in this Privacy Policy. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.

If you use saved-place features, we may store labels and location information that you choose to save, such as home, work, or other custom places.

If you enable notifications, we may send alerts related to public safety information, saved places, account activity, or important service updates. Ten Four provides informational public safety data only. Information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Ten Four is not a law enforcement agency, emergency service, dispatch service, or real-time emergency alerting system. Ten Four is not a substitute for official government alerts, emergency notifications, or law enforcement services. In an emergency, call 911.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on our website and in the App as appropriate. If required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
